Please send us a mail at contactus@desitoys.in giving reasons for returning the product within 48 hours of accepting the delivery.

Once order is placed, the order is dispatched within the next 1 to 2 working days. Depending on the distance, it takes approximately 3-7 working days for deliveries in India. For deliveries outside India, it will take 7-15 working days. Tracking details will be shared once the orders are dispatched

In India, shipping is free for all orders of Rs.499 and above. For order value lesser than Rs.499, there will be a shipping fee of Rs.75 only. Shipping charges for International orders would be based on the weight of the products ordered.
